If you are heading to the Cairns Airport to catch a flight on Sunday June 12, allow yourself additional time to catch your flight!
Access to the Cairns Airport will remain open however if you are catching flights at the Cairns Airport between 10am and 6pm on Sunday June 12, please allow yourself additional time to get to the airport.
It is advisable you allow at least an additional one hour to get to the airport as you may encounter some delays in traffic flow around this area due to the Cairns Ironman Competition.
