Property crime charges, Manunda | Police have charged a 27-year-old Parramatta Park man following investigations into an alleged break-in in Manunda on September 5.
It will be alleged the man broke into a unit on Little Street causing damage to a sliding door. The man was disturbed by a neighbour who has raised the alarm causing the man to flee the area. The matter was reported to Police and an investigation commenced.
Last night officers from Cairns Property Crime Unit attended a White Rock caravan park and apprehended the man.
He has been charged with one count each of enter dwelling with intent by break and trespass.
He is due to appear at Cairns Magistrates Court September 22.
