Carand keyLocal police continue to appeal for public assistance to locate a number of stolen vehicles in our area.

We urge all vehicle owners to ensure their vehicles and homes are properly secured and car keys are hidden away. Many of the cars reported stolen were as a result of break ins to homes when residents were at home.

Stolen vehicles are often located abandoned in suburban streets, on vacant land and sometimes parked at private residences.

In the event you see a vehicle that doesn’t normally belong in your street, do not approach it, but call Policelink on 131 444 to report it to police.

Below are the list of stolen vehicles currently outstanding as of Friday January 24:
